Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services (CCILS) serves residents of the six counties that the Diocese of Stockton serves: Stanislaus, Tuolumne, San Joaquin, Calaveras, Alpine, Mono, and Amador.
We serve those low-income families, those who request assistance with immigration legal processes.
CCILS serves those who are disadvantaged and have low income by providing low-cost professional and confidential services related to immigration and naturalization.
CCILS also engages in community outreach and advocacy for the immigrant community within the counties that the Diocese serves.
Assistance is available in English and Spanish. Through the ten years of existence, we have served people from 70 countries.
CCILS provides case management, updated information on immigration policies and procedures and supportive counseling.
CCILS assists clients in filing applications/petitions for the following:
- Naturalization / Citizenship
- Green Card Renewal and Replacement
- Special Case Waivers
- Adjustment of Status
- Family Immigration
- Affidavit of Support
