SS Representative Payee Program - Stanislaus

As an Administrative Representative Payee Organization Catholic Charities receives monthly SSA/SSI benefits on behalf of seniors who are unable to manage their money. The money is used to pay for the senior's current needs, including paying housing and utilities bills, food, personal care items, etc.

Sometimes the assistance needed is a matter of managing day-to-day financial obligations. This can be particularly helpful for seniors or dependent adults who have limited capacity, or those who have been financially exploited or are in an environment where their funds may be in jeopardy due to family members, caregivers, or others who may wish to redirect their money .
